DCIE is a Human Resources Consulting with services across the world. It needed a new solid identity. Operates in Mexico, USA and Equator.
I started establishing core values, and then sketched new symbols for this identity. I found that expressing communication between workers and companies was important. Blue communicates stability, the round shape represents the world and green communicates trustfulness.
